Alessio brings 18 years of experience- Strategically crafting and implementing multi-platform campaigns for a range of lifestyle and sports brands.

His career kicked off with a focus on Interactive Marketing and quickly expanded into the multi-channel space.  Passionate about the process- He feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to formulate solutions for both youth and affluent brands alike, leveraging storytelling and data to drive performance. Success has come, including a Clio Sports Award and recognition for E-commerce Innovation, but it’s discovering the story (emotional connection) and engagement tactics (media strategy, platform solutions, data driven optimization) that drives Alessio’s passion for his craft.  

An outdoor enthusiast, husband and father of two- If Alessio isn’t knocking the ball around with his soccer crazed family (wife also a former collegiate player), you can find him paddleboarding, running trails, or surfing at sun up.

His brand marketing career started 15 years ago when Nike first recognized his ability and signed him as a sponsored athlete, a unique gig filled with a ton of marketing and promotional work for Nike Soccer: public appearances, performances, campaign ads and promotional videos. That was a “cool” way to come off of his playing career but he wanted more, especially because he saw a new path for success.

He quickly turned that opportunity into a Brand Marketing Specialist position focusing on Event, Functional and Strategic Planning for the Nike Soccer Brand team during an exciting time when the brand launched some of their largest awareness campaigns. Brand Marketing quickly became a new passion and as he entered the agency side and won an Ex Award for Best Pop-Up Store & Best Consumer Experience with his first client, life as a marketeer officially became apart of his identity.

Just like an athlete, Tim’s role at ACF requires finding a certain mindset for each and every project which requires a process that he loves.  Through experimentation, commitment and focus he knows when that mindset clicks on, it enables the team to produce great work and drives results.

Yes, he keeps a pair of boots in the trunk of his car and is always ready to play pick-up or be a ringer for a client's corporate team!

Shelby, ACF’s Creative Director, is responsible for pushing every story, project, and creative element that comes from ACF to the absolute limit.

Being a nerd since childhood allowed Shelby to skip out on traditional design school and instead learn from the greatest teacher in the world - the internet. That type of “education system” taught him how to constantly adapt in the newly connected world.

Starting out by creating flyers for family and friends, quickly turned into bigger free-lancing gigs at both agencies and brands, which peaked when he helped introduced Skechers “Shape-Ups”, to the world.

He’s opinionated a lot because he cares a lot. Whether it's discussing the future of design, sharing relevant news articles with industry friends, debating who the Lakers should or shouldn't trade for, or playing you some super weird music - if you ask, he’ll tell you the truth.
